PiQ2 is proud to announce that Castle Thermo, the new full die thermal simulation module, will be released in the upcoming months. The software can simulate the flow inside the cooling media, giving a more accurate prediction of thermal heat exchange between the mould and the cooling channels. Nevertheless, the user interface is very friendly: full die simulation can be easily set up in a few minutes even for the most intricate of dies. Boundary conditions are automatically calculated and applied depending on process parameters and die structure. CastleThermo will be presented during the “Dominate the elements using the simulation” event that will be held in CSMT on 7th April.
